Monge Capital believes in being a responsible corporate citizen. It is this belief that fuels Monge Capital to not just be a catalyst for public/private real estate ventures in emerging communities, but also to donate its own capital and, on a pro bono basis, the firm’s expertise and resources to organizations that provide important, if not critical, services in targeted communities.

Born and raised in the Bronx, NY from Puerto Rican parents, Jeff Monge is a product of the type of low-income communities he serves making "corporate responsibility" a personal effort.

Over the past two years Monge Capital has donated over $50,000 in grants and over $100,000 in pro bono assistance to the following partner community organizations:
Monge Capital is proud of the work it has done to help these community organizations and encourages other firms to adopt Corporate Responsibility practices especially when earning profits from activities in low-income communities.
